I haven’t found a listing of presentation industry events anywhere, so I decided to compile this list of conferences and webinars. If you find an event not listed here, or you host an event that you want listed here, please connect with me.

Presentation Events

Here is a list of known presentation industry events:

1. The Presentation Summit

The Presentation Summit, hosted by Rick Altman has been held annually for a little less than two decades now. The Summit happens at a different US city, and the next one is to be held in Seattle from August 9th to 12th, 2020.

2. Click

Click is an offshoot of the Creative Pro week focused entirely on presentations. Held since the last two years at New Orleans and Seattle, the third conference in this series is planned to be held in Austin from June 3rd to 5th, 2020.

3. Outstanding Presentations Workshop

Outstanding Presentations Workshop is an annual webinar series, held for the last 10 years by Ellen Finkelstein, a Microsoft PowerPoint MVP. This series culminated on November 21st, 2019. No new dates have been announced for 2020 yet.

4. Presentation Ideas Online Conference

The Presentation Ideas Online Conference has now been held for 2 years, and is hosted by the folks at PresentationPoint, a Belgium-based company that creates PowerPoint add-ins. This series culminated on November 21st, 2019. No new dates have been announced for 2020 yet.

5. Training Conference & Expo

The Training Conference & Expo is not exclusively related to presenting. The next conference is to be held in Lake Buena Vista, Florida from February 24th to 26th, 2020.

6. HOW Design Live

HOW Design Live is not much of a presentations event again. The next conference is to be held in Boston from May 4th to 7th, 2020.

7. InfoComm

InfoComm is the AV industry conference and is related to projection and presentation hardware though not directly with PowerPoint. The next conference is to be held in Las Vegas from June 13th to 19th, 2020.
